Last updated: September 2026. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kenzen website (www.kenzen.in) and the purchase, installation and service of Kenzen alkaline water ionizers (Neo, Prime, Fonix, Elite, Luxe) offered by Kenzen (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. About Kenzen

Kenzen manufactures and markets alkaline water ionizers designed to deliver purified, hydrogen-rich alkaline water using advanced electrolysis, platinum-titanium electrodes, multi-stage filtration and smart digital controls. Our product line includes Neo, Prime, Fonix, Elite and Luxe. Catalogue MRPs are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise at the time of order.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting enquiry or partner forms, booking a demo, or purchasing a Kenzen product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

3. Product information & pricing

• Product descriptions, features (pH range, ORP, plate count, AI features, self-cleaning, etc.) are based on Kenzen specifications and catalogue information.
• MRPs shown in marketing material are indicative and exclude GST unless clearly marked inclusive.
• We may update specifications, prices, offers and model availability without prior notice. Confirmed orders follow the written quotation / invoice.
• Images are illustrative; actual colour, finish and UI may vary slightly by batch.

4. Orders, payment & delivery

• Orders are accepted subject to stock and confirmation by Kenzen or an authorised dealer.
• Payment terms (advance, balance before dispatch/installation) will be stated on the invoice or dealer agreement.
• Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays due to logistics, customs (if any), or force majeure are not grounds for automatic cancellation unless agreed in writing.
• Title in the product passes on full payment; risk passes on delivery / installation handover as applicable.

5. Installation & usage

• Kenzen recommends installation by trained technicians. Improper DIY installation may void warranty.
• Machines require suitable inlet water quality, electrical supply and drainage as specified in the user manual.
• Customers must use the product only for intended domestic / commercial hydration purposes and follow safety instructions.
• Filters and consumables should be genuine Kenzen parts replaced on schedule.

6. Warranty & service

As per Kenzen catalogue and model-specific policy:

• 1 Year complete warranty on selected models.
• 5 Years comprehensive warranty on plates on selected models.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage from hard-water neglect, incorrect installation, unauthorised repairs, use of non-genuine filters, power surges without protection, or commercial misuse beyond stated guidelines. Service is provided through Kenzen’s network and authorised partners.

7. Health & product claims

Kenzen ionizers produce alkaline, hydrogen-rich water with selectable pH and negative ORP characteristics through electrolysis. Information on our website and catalogue is for general wellness and product education. It is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical conditions. Results may vary with source water and usage.

8. Dealer & distributor applications

Submitting a dealer/distributor form does not guarantee appointment. Kenzen evaluates territory, investment capacity, experience and brand fit. Partnership terms are governed by a separate written agreement.

9. Website use

• Do not misuse the site (scraping, hacking attempts, spam forms, or posting unlawful content).
• All logos, text, images and catalogue content are owned by or licensed to Kenzen. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission.
• External links (e.g. social media) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party sites.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Kenzen’s liability for any claim related to products or the website is limited to the price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (including loss of data, profit or business opportunity).

11. Privacy

Personal data collected via contact, enquiry or partner forms is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting a form you consent to being contacted regarding your request.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Yamunanagar, Haryana (or such other venue as Kenzen may specify in a written contract) shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
